According to UL and VDE, ISO7641FMDWR offers galvanic isolation up to 6 KVPK for one minute. The gadget has a 5-KVRMS certification as well. According to end equipment standards EN/UL/CSA 60950-1 and 61010-1, reinforced isolation is required at a working voltage of 400 VRMS. The quad-channel isolators ISO7640F and ISO7641F each have four forward channels and three forward and one reverse channel, respectively. A silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulating barrier divides the logic input and output buffers of each isolation channel.
