ISO7421D Description
ISO7421D is a dual-channel digital isolator with 2/0 or 1/1 directionality options. It provides 2.5 kV RMS isolation rating per UL 1577 standard and supports up to 100 Mbps data rate. The device is designed for use in harsh industrial environments and supports a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C. The low power consumption of 5 mW per channel makes it ideal for battery-powered applications.
