INA226AQDGSRQ1 Description
With an I2CTM or SMBus-compatible interface, the INA226AQDGSRQ1 is a current shunt and power monitor. The device keeps track of the shunt voltage drop as well as the bus supply voltage. Direct readouts of current in amperes and power in watts are possible thanks to programmable calibration values, conversion times, and averaging, as well as an inbuilt multiplier.
Independent of the supply voltage, theINA226AQDGSRQ1 monitors current on common-mode bus voltages ranging from 0 to 36 V. The gadget runs on a single 2.7-V to 5.5-V supply and draws a typical supply current of 330 A. The INA226AQDGSRQ1 has an operational temperature range of –40°C to 125°C and an I2C-compatible interface with up to 16 programmable addresses.
