HPA00835RTER Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 5V is required for switching regulator operation. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the HPA00835 family of products. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 16 pins are required. Using the maximum switching frequency of 2000kHz, this harley voltage regulator operates at its maximum efficiency. Without external influences, harley voltage regulator consumes 350μAA of quiescent current. The high-limit maximum operating temperature 150°C allows harley voltage regulator stable operation. Ensures reliability by operating at aDC DC switching regulator's minimum temperature of -40°C. Unique technique can be used to allow DC DC switching regulator's input voltages with maximal values of 6V. The switching regulator allows an input voltage of 3V as a minimum.
