RF ICs with enhanced 120-BQFP packages are excellent with common characteristics.The Tray package contains this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This RF module has 120 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.This is a 120-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
