DAC80508MYZFT Overview
It is supplied in the 16-UFBGA, DSBGA package. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within -40°C~125°C when the device is operating. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the purpose of saving space.
