DAC7664YT Overview
It is supplied in the 64-LQFP package. Power is provided by a 5V-volt supply. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. In total, it has a total of 64 terminations. Related parts can be found by using its base part number DAC7664. The device has 64 pins which are included in the design. The 5V supply voltage provides designers with full flexibility in their designs. The device runs on a 5V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. The device has a total of 64 pins on it. A maximum voltage of 5.25V can be supplied to it. Using a supply voltage as low as 4.75V, it will work.
