DAC7614UB/1KG4 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and X package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 5V volts is required. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~85°C when operating the machine. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tape & Reel (TR). There are a total of 16 terminations. In order to find related parts, you can use its base part number DAC7614. In this case, there are 16 pins on the board. In operation with 5V, designers can take advantage of its flexibility to the fullest extent. With a total of 16 pins, it is equipped with a high level of security. The maximum supply voltage it can take is 5.25V. As long as the supply voltage is at least 4.75V, it is able to work properly.
