DAC7563TDSCT Overview
It is supplied in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 5.5V. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~125°C when operating. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the purpose of saving space. In total, it has 10 terminations on each end. DAC7563 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. In this case, 10 pins are used in the design. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could work fantastically according to its specifications. With a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V, it is able to function.
