DAC712UKG4 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and X package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 15V volts is required. FPGA parts like this belong to the Other Converters family. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of 0°C~70°C when operating the machine. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tube for the sake of space saving. As a whole, it has 28 terminations. Parts related to this part can be found using its base part number DAC712. In order to make it work, 28 pins have been designed. I am going to present you with a device that is equipped with 28 pins.
