DAC60508MRTET Overview
There is a 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package that includes this component. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within -40°C~125°C TA at all times. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. Total terminations are 16. DAC60508 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. In order to make it work, 16 pins have been designed.
