DAC60004IDMDR Overview
This package is included in the 14-VFDFN Exposed Pad package and is available for purchase. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~125°C range at all times when the unit is in use. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tape & Reel (TR).
