DAC5689IRGCR Overview
There is a 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package that includes this component. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3.3V volts is required. FPGA parts like this belong to the Other Converters family. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~85°C range. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR). As a whole, it has 64 terminations. Parts related to this part can be found using its base part number DAC5689. In order to make it work, 64 pins have been designed. In operation with 3.3V, designers can take advantage of its flexibility to the fullest extent. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 64 pins. It can accept a maximum voltage of 3.6V volts as a supply voltage. Using 3V as the minimum supply voltage, it can operate.
