As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The VQFN EP package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 48 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 800MHz maximum. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 48 bits. There are 48 pins that are available on the clock PLL. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and -40°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 85°C. RF synthesizers can handle a voltage of 3.3V as the supply voltage. The output frequency can be magnified as high as possible with the assistance of 5 signal outputs. At maximum 0.06 ns, this analog clock generator has low timing skew. A voltage of more than 3.6V will not be suitable for powering this clock generator. With this clock generator, the supply voltage is limited to 3V. A PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuit uses this time clock generator as its main component. On this time clock generator, there are 1 inputs.
