Logical driver uses a neat PDIP package. Rail/Tube external packaging. All of the 4 elements are put into use. 14 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 4.5V. Transceiver shares the HC/UH family's comprehensive benefits and features. 14 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 14 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 8μA. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer driver outputs 7.8mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -7.8mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 2V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 6V. It is known as a BUS DRIVER logic IC. ENABLE HIGH control technology is used to start up the automotive buffer.
