CD4518BNSR Overview
This device is supplied in the 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package. It is configured with 16terminations. Having a voltage supply of 5Vallows it to operate in a highly flexible manner. The 2elements are connected by wires. A total of 16pins are present on all components. Cut Tape (CT)is used to package it. In the circuit, there are 16pins that connect other components. It is mounted in the manner of [0]. Having been designed as a member of the 4000Bseries, it is well suited to a variety of applications. BCD Counteris adopted as the logic type. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -55°C~125°C. The mounting type is Surface Mount. When the supply voltage is set to [0], it is able to operate with greater reliability. There are 4bits stored in each element of the array. The result may be yesin terms of Pbfree code. A major feature of this electronic device is its [0]. Under its base part number of [0], you will find additional related parts. It is packed by [0]. The voltage source produces 5/15Vvoltage. There is a minimum supply voltage (Vsup) of 3V volts. The frequency of the device is 8MHz. Up to 18Vis the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). It consumes quiescent current at 100μA.
