CD4047BF3A Overview
There is a CDIP enclosure with the programmable timer. It is used to pack in Rail/Tube case. To mount this digital timer with Through Hole. The minimum operating temperature of the chip must not be lower than -55°C. It's best to use the timer clock when the temperature is below 125°C. The timer clock contains 14 pins. The supply voltage of the programmable timer can rate 5V. You can read the timer clock's additional feature in the follwing: RETRIGGERABLE. The sum of the IC chip pins is 14 . The number of the chip's terminations sums up to 14. The minimum supply voltage of the chip must not be lower than 3V. The supply voltage of this chip should not exceed 18V. The timer clock runs quiescent current at 20μA.
