CD4010BMG4 Overview


Buffer uses a neat SOIC package. This logic IC uses the Rail/Tube external packaging. All of the 6 elements are put into use. 16 terminations with different functions. It reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. 16 pins are set with the electrical part. It is suitable for Surface Mount applications. It has 16 pins. The network transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. Specifically, It is a kind of Gates. In quiescent state, the electronic component uses 20μA. It is capable of operating under a temperature as low as -55°C. It should operate at an ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Logical driver outputs 30mA in its low-level output mode. In high-level output mode, the electronic component may conduct -1.65mA of current. The voltage used to run this electrical part should be 3V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, it is rated 18V.
