TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±0.5% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.ATL431 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 100mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.It has a maximum output voltage of 36V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 35μA.2.5V voltage lower than 2.5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 2.487V.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.5V.
