The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 1031-BFBGA, FCBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. DDR2, DDR3 RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has I2C, McASP, McBSP, SPI, SD/SDIO, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.8V 3.3V on this CPU. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Try searching for variants of the cpu microprocessor with AM3894. In the case of a 1V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. For functions of 1031 pins, please refer to the datasheets.
