SPD-50-3 Overview
As a measure of protection, the linear position measuring sensors are housed in Box with Connector packages. The electronic component is packaged in the Box. For the angle position measuring sensors to function normally, the minimum operating temperature can be set to -40°C. Sensors measuring angle position cannot operate above 160°C. If linear position sensors are to function properly, they should carry 20mA current.
