SPD-12-3 Overview
As a measure of protection, the linear position measuring sensors are housed in Box with Connector packages. There is an electronic component packaged in the Box. To ensure proper functionality of angle position measurement sensors, the minimum operating temperature can be set to -40°C. Sensors for angle position measurement cannot operate above 160°C.
