G-MRCO-016 Overview
As a measure of protection, the linear position measuring sensors are housed in 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad packages. There is an electronic component packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Sensors for linear position measuring can oppose the passage of currents that are 3.6kOhm. The supply voltage applied by the linear position measuring sensor should be 5V when it operates.
