MINISMDC260F/12 Overview
To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. Having a Cut Tape package ensures safety while using these PTC thermistors. For PTC thermistors, -40°C is the minimum operating temperature. A thermistor's operating temperature must not exceed 85°C for it to function. As they operate, the PTC thermistors supply a voltage of 12V. As thermistors, these are rated for 12V voltage in DC circuits. Ildeally, PTC thermometers produce heat of 1W.
