MINISMDC150F/24 Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape. Temperature -40°C should be set as the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 85°C. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. It is possible for the PTC thermistors to operate at a voltage of 24V. The thermistors are rated for 24V voltage in the DC circuit. PTC thermistors should produce 1W heat. For PTC thermistors, the current should not exceed 20A. These thermistors have a maximum voltage rating of 24V when used in a DC circuit.
