MINISMDC014F Product Details

MINISMDC014F Overview

For protection, PTC thermistors are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. Packaged in the Cut Tape, these PTC thermistors are safe to handle. Using PTC thermistors at -40°C temperature should be their minimum operating temperature. There must not be an increase in temperature above 85°C for this thermistor to work. PTC thermometers have 2 terminations. A PTC thermistor could supply 60V voltage when it is in operation. These thermistors are rated for DC circuit voltage of 60V. The PTC thermistors should emit 750mW heat.
