NTCG164LH223JTDS Overview
A NTC thermistor comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. In order to make it as convenient as possible, it has been included in the 0603 (1608 Metric) package. When it comes to NTC thermistors, they have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. Set NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C for reliable performance. NTC thermistors work reliably at 125°C as their maximum operating temperature. NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C without compromising reliability.
