A handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tape & Box (TB) package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±0.5% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Through Hole is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Applications with 12mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Its cathode current should generally be 65μA.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 1.24V.It would send a maximum voltage of 10V.The supplier device package for this voltage reference circuit is TO-92.
