TS431ACX RFG Overview
The reference voltage makes use of the handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Shunt control.External packaging Digi-Reel® encloses the voltage reference ic.Tolerance of ±1% for precise voltage measurements.A Programmable form is available for input by the user.In the case of demanding PCB designs, Surface Mount is available.Suitable for work within 0°C~70°C.Inputs of 100mA are compatible with the reference voltage.Cathode currents should generally be equal to 600μA.In this case, the voltage is fixed at 2.495V.It is possible for the voltage reference circuit to send a voltage greater than 36V volts.Its supplier voltage reference circuit package is SOT-23.
