The peak forward voltage on the datasheets is 1.7.Normally, this device consumes about 1 of continuous forward current.During operation, DC reverse voltage must not exceed 1000.Maintaining the forward voltage of a system above 1.7(V) is recommended.Using this device, it is possible to read a maximum output current voltage of 1 A.
