HER206 R0 Overview
The datasheets state that the peak forward voltage is 1.7.A continuous forward current of about 2@Ta=55C can be consumed by this device at any given time.In order to operate, you will need a DC reverse voltage less than 600.When used with this device, the maximum output current voltage can be read to be 2 A.
