VNQ7140AJTR is a quad-channel high-side driver that is housed in a PowerSSO-16 package and is manufactured utilizing ST's proprietary VIPower? technology. The device is designed to provide protection and diagnostics while driving 12 V automotive grounded loads using a 3 V and 5 V CMOS-compatible interface.
