VND5025AKTR-E Description


A dual-channel high-side driver IC from STMicroelectronics called the VND5025AKTR-E is intended to manage current flow in resistive loads. It can run at maximum load currents of 2x2.8A (5.6A in parallel mode) and load voltages up to 60V, making it appropriate for usage in consumer, industrial, and automotive applications. Also, the gadget has built-in protection features like diagnostic feedback, overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown.
