VNB35NV04TR-E Description


VNB35NV04TR-E is a type of fully auto-protected Power MOSFET provided by STMicroelectronics. It is specifically designed based on STMicroelectronics® VIPower® M0-3 Technology to replace standard Power MOSFETs from DC up to 25 kHz applications. A suite of protection functions is provided when operating in harsh environments, including thermal shutdown, linear current limitation, and overvoltage clamp protection. It monitors the voltage at the input pin to detect fault feedback.
