VN21 is a kind of ISO high-side smart power solid-state relay that is manufactured by STMicroelectronics based on VIPower technology to drive resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded. It provides thermal shutdown protection against over-temperature and short circuits. Negative (-18V) load voltage at turn-off allows fast demagnetization of inductive loads.
