VB409SP13TR Description
The VB409SP13TR is a fully protected positive voltage regulator designed in STMicroelectronics High Voltage VIPowerTM technology. The VB409SP13TR can be connected directly to the rectified mains (110V/230V). The VB409SP13TR is well suited for applications powered by AC mains and requires a 5V DC-regulated output voltage without galvanic insulation. VB409SP13TR provides up to 70 mA output current (internally limited) at 5V. The included over-current and thermal shutdown provide protection for the VB409SP13TR.
