TSV6293AIST Overview
There is a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. This is a General Purpose type op amp. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 10.
