TSM1121IN Overview
There are 14 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tube model. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. As a reference, this IC power includes 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) functions for your convenience. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In a 17V supply voltage, the power management conducts. A supply voltage of 3 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is attached to Through Hole. 14 pins are present in total in this power management. Pin count of the power management is 14. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 4.5V. There should be no more than 24V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management recommends the Through Hole mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: 0°C~70°C TA. It is always advisable to use TSM1121, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 5mA.
