A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Cut Tape (CT) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.Voltage reference with ±1% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC ANALOG CIRCUIT.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 8 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~105°C TA.Search "TSM101" for other relevant parts.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 10mA.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 32V.The supply voltage must be 15V.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 4.5V~32V.During operation, it uses a current of 2mA as its supply current.What are the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in the voltage reference ic?In spite of variations in external conditions, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 1.24V.For the voltage reference ic to run, it requires 4.5V voltage at least.Unless specified otherwise, this voltage reference ic should not be supplied with voltages exceeding 32V volts.It should be powered by at least 4.5V volts.
