TSM1011IST Overview
A handy 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.Voltage reference with ±0.5% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC ANALOG CIRCUIT.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference ic is settled with 8 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within 0°C~105°C TA.Search "TSM1011" for other relevant parts.Applications with 1mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The supply voltage must be 18V.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 4.5V~28V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.545V.During operation, it uses a current of 50mA as its supply current.Unless specified otherwise, this voltage reference ic should not be supplied with voltages exceeding 28V volts.It should be powered by at least 4.5V volts.
