TS3V339IN Overview
To facilitate transportation, it comes packaged in PDIP .There is a comparator of type OPEN-DRAIN output on this device.The device is designed with 14 terminations.A comparator supplied with 3V voltage can complete many demanding tasks.The board includes 14 pins.Normal operation of the device requires 25μA supply current.If the current supply exceeds 25μA , the comparator might be damaged.There is no need to exceed 125°C in terms of temperature.Lower temperatures than -40°C are unsuitable for it.There is a maximum voltage supply on the comparator of 16V .This comparator can be supplied with a voltage as low as 2.7V .To maintain output quality, 4 channels cooperate.This comparator basically consists of a COMPARATOR amplifier with very high gain.
