TS27M4AIDT Overview
In order to protect the op amps, a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. In recent months, the number of terminations has approached 14. There are a total of 14 pins on this op amp. This linear amplifier should be powered by an 10V battery. It should be noted that this op amp is a type of Operational Amplifier device. Linear amplifier includes 14 pins. Op amp ic rates 5mV for input offset voltage. For this electrical component, the recommended mounting type is Surface Mount, which is the most common. Regarding the operating temperature of this device, instrumentation amplifier performs well at a temperature of -40°C~125°C . The buffer amplifier is capable of operating from a supply current of 150μA . It is recommended to keep the voltage gain at 93.98dB at all times. A voltage rating of 4 is indicated for the op amp's operating supply voltage. The operating supply voltage of the buffer op amp is rated at 8V. It is used TAPE AND REEL to pack the op amps.
