TM8050H-8W Description
TM8050H-8W developed by STMicroelectronics is a type of 800 V SCR thyristor available in through hole package TO-247. It is primarily designed for applications requiring high power switching (IT(RMS) = 80 A) and low power dissipation (VTM = 1.55 V at 160 A). This device is well suited for motorbike voltage regulators, by-pass AC switches, controlled rectifier bridges, solid-state relays, battery chargers, welding equipment, and motor driver applications.
