TIP42C Product Details

Description


The TIP42C is a -100V PNP complementary silicon plastic Power Transistor with base island technology in a TO-220 plastic packaging and can be used in power amplifier and switching applications. TIP42, TIP42C, TIP42B, and TIP42A are the four different types of transistors in this series. Their voltage is what separates them. Among these transistors, TIP42C has the highest load voltage. The TIP42C is a general-purpose switching and amplification device. TIP41C is the complementary NPN type.
