TIP137 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 1000 @ 4A 4V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 2V, which allows for maximum design flexibility. As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 4V @ 30mA, 6A.Emitter base voltages of 5V can achieve high levels of efficiency. Its current rating is -8A, which means that it can sustain a maximum current for an indefinite period of time without degrading too much.Single BJT transistor can be broken down at a voltage of 100V volts.Maximum collector currents can be below 8A volts.
