TD221IDT Overview
The rectifier regulator is conveniently packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). The power regulator is currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. An output voltage of 5V is provided by this power supply regulator. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The electrical regulator is targeted at Controller, MicroC-Based Off-Line Applications and other applications. A temperature setting of -25°C~125°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions. This variable voltage regulator is designed to have a voltage input of 7.8V~17V. Electronic components have 8 terminals. The rectifier regulator's pinout begins with 8pins. It should be showing 300mAas the current output from the external regulator. The voltage regulator is designed to produce current 300mA at its maximum. Minimum supply voltage is 7.8V. The maximal supply voltage of the voltage controller is 17V. In order to interface with this external regulator, it uses IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.
