STW81200TR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. It contains a total of 36 terminations within RF synthesizer. There is a Clock PLL called LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. It provides a maximum frequency of 6GHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 2.7V for this clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.5V. There should be 2.5V~5.4V provided with this RF synthesizer.
