STW81200 Overview


36 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 6GHz Max. There is an available 36 pin on the clock generators. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of -40°C operations. Even at 125°C, this frequency synthesizer is possible to last with attenuated performance. Clock PLL is facilitated with 2 signal outputs to magnify output frequency as high as possible. To supply this clock PLL, a voltage higher than 5.4V is unacceptable. The lowest limit of supply voltage for this RF synthesizer is 2.5V.
