STTH802D Overview
There is no reason to reverse the voltage at 200V.This device has an average rectified current of 8A volts.There is no limit to the forward current value.As for rectifiers current rating, rectifier is 8A, which is the maximum current a fuse can carry wrectifierhout too much degradation.Surge currents are limited to 100A.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 6μA, as shown in the data chart.
