Reverse voltages of 200V are reasonable.A rectified current of 1A volts is averaged for this device.A value of 1A is the maximum forward current that can be allowed.Its current rating is 1A, which is the maximum current that a fuse will carry for an indefinite period without too much deterioration of the fuse element. There can be no surge current above 40A.In the datasheets, the peak reverse is 1μA, as indicated by the data chart.
